Refund Policy for Kings Web Solutions Store

1. Digital Products – No Refund After Download

All products sold on Kings Web Solutions Store are digital goods (PHP scripts, HTML templates, WordPress themes, etc.). Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is materially defective or not as described.

2. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  1. You changed your mind after purchase.
  2. You purchased the wrong product or decided you no longer need it.
  3. You did not read the product description or system requirements before purchasing.
  4. You are unable to install or use the product due to lack of technical knowledge (we offer support, but not refunds for user error).
  5. The product does not work with third‑party plugins or hosting environments not explicitly listed in the system requirements.
  6. You have already downloaded the product (even if you have not installed it).

3. When We May Offer a Refund

We will consider a refund only if:

  1. The product is materially defective (e.g., core functionality does not work as described in the product page).
  2. The product is not delivered (you never receive the download link after payment – please contact us within 7 days).
  3. The product description was fraudulent or grossly misleading.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Screenshots or video evidence showing the defect

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.

5. Exchanges and Support

We do not offer exchanges. However, we provide free support for installation and configuration issues for 30 days after purchase. Please use our support channel before requesting a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and block your email/IP from future purchases. Chargeback disputes that are resolved in our favor may result in additional fees.

7. Contact for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@kingswebsolutions.store with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST – [Order Number]". We will respond within 48 hours.
